Hart believes that Humans should be left alone. That means that they want nothing to do with the debate about humans, nor do they want any war to begin.
Hart is a pacifist clan that hates fighting.
Like Starr, they believe they got their abilities from Mother Earth.
Hierarchy
Hart is also led by an Alpha pair who share their power. Any Wolf has the right to disobey orders, however, there are consequences for that.
Alphas are voted on.

Starr and Crescent have feuded over the humans for a long time, and Hart doesn't want anything to do with it. Crescent intimidates Hart.
